They toured the cellar and learned about the process of making wine, how wine is stored, and how the barrels are emptied and cleaned. Following the tour, the group tasted four types of wine and learned about ideal pairings. It was a great afternoon in Obernai!

The &#8220;Golden Oak&#8221; restaurant provided the turkey and AIA members provided the sides and desserts!
